i normally don’t buy gas check molds but my 35 rem throat won’t allow reliable usage of powder coat so I bought this one in gas check.

Much excite!!! Maybe I’ll be able to seat this one out a bit more as to not have any bullet inside the case past the neck.

I do like the way my noe 360-200fn shoots though but I have to seat deep to reliably cycle

It is irritating when manufacturers offer a " zero throat " situation.
Many 30-30's that I've tried to load cast bullets in suffered from this drawback. I had to send the barrels of two of them off and have them throated. All is fine now.

The 190 ranch dog has been the most accurate bullet in my 1964 era Marlin 336
I don't have the mould but some one, years ago sent me 100 to test
I think I have a photo of my best target ....will try to find it and post

I have the NOE 35-200 RCBS copy. Same problem with the throat, I just put up with the bullet set deep.
I also got the NOE 358- 175 to use as my plinker bullet.

I've posted before about using a reamed fender washer as a 'nose sizer'. Really works, no jam loading and keeps the GC in the neck. 30/30 group with really soft alloy does 1" @ 50. I'm not that good a shot.

I looooove this mold. I just powder coated 17 or so lbs of these bullets. 50-50 alloy clip on/range lead-pure alloy makes a softer bullet that seems to handle the pressure and the velocity and doesn’t crack apart during the hammer test.

Oh I never told you guys how they did in my rifle. Way nicer way nicer than my rcbs mold it shoots 5 in a inch from what I remember at 60 yard

If you don't mind Popper, give some details about your fender washer. I must have missed that.
