I had been using Glen's Black Moly lube for the past few months. It works well for me. My complaint is that it is a very sticky lube. The stuff gets everywhere.
I'll add more beeswax at some point to stiffen it up but for now I went back to White Label 2500+

I pulled the 450 off the bench, boiled it and oiled up all the moving parts and put in a new stick of 2500

Try adding some microwax and paraffin. That will stiffen the lube but also add some other benefits. Microwax will make it more plastic, it will cling in the grooves better. The parrafin makes it stiff but still lets it liquefy quickly.
Add maybe 5% more wax, let it cool overnight, then feel it. I would expect another 15-20% more wax will improve the handling nature of the lube.

Better advice, don't get involved in lube testing! You end up with dozens of odds and ends of lubes, some never even tested. You also end up with a bunch of waxes and a plastic bin of oils, weird stuff, and tranny goo.

Yeah, stay away from that stuff. I should have but Ian and fiver sucked me in.

Oh, never, ever make a grease from sodium stearate and ATF on the kitchen stove. It smokes and stinks. It also gets you a small hotplate to use outdoors.

I am taking this to heart. For real. For what I do, Lars 45 at White Label covers all of my needs at a very fair price.
Between BAC and 2500+ I really don't see the need for any other bullet lube period. Hell. I could probably pick one or the other and just call it good.

Couldn't agree more. I use BAC exclusively.

I have made it a habit to warm all of my lubers with a hair
drier for a couple of minutes, then to put a hi intensity light
behind after that. It works so I won't fix it.
