Several of us have gone past what you are at. You are going to expand a casehead if you go farther. This cartridge is not like others. It will get away from you extremely fast with no warning. I will not say anymore

Finally got to shoot some plain based in the 350.
UGLY!! I loaded 16.0-2400,,,and shot 5 different pistol bullets.4-5inch groups at 50.the gascheck 358156,around an inch, ol reliable rcbs 200gc,,inch easy.

These pistol bullets were going 16-1700 fps,,cant tone it down much,or the rifle wont run.

Gun run and fed these stubbies 100%,,so thats a plus!

I may have to run a batch of hard alloy,,and see what that does.

or go super slow with the powder to get the speed down and keep the port pressure up.

Ya,,id like to slow them down,14-2400 shoots way better, but ya have to run the action by hand,16 gives it enough btu,s,,,so it will run.

h322 might actually be too fast. I watched a guy use h335 and it worked. 322 is very close to 4198 and I got some good speeds with it. So I think I would go slower. but you may get in that zone that it just does not burn clean enough that you are going to get some heavy fouling.

One other you could try is 5744. It has a lot of gas for the amount of powder used. I would try a ladder test only to see which powder goes low enough.

When I had my AR in 350 I did not test any light weight bullets. But I shoot all kinds of them in the Ruger blot action. Unique and Herco work extremely well with the light bullets, but these would not work the action of an ar15. I have all kinds of loads saved on my other lap top but it is not working. It had a power supply issue. So it will not turn on for more than 10 sec.
