Anyone ever done business with them?
Was considering placing an order for primers until I saw that they won't tell you the shipping cost until after the order is placed.
Can't see the hazmat fee up front either.
That is a big time red flag for me.

Just curious if anyone has any experience with these people...

I ordered some powder from them during the previous drought and had no problems. That was ONE order, so take that for what it's worth.

That's been a few years too but I don't remember not being able to determine shipping - which is one of my BIG sticking points. If they can't give me a shipping estimate without me sharing all my personal information and having taken the time to do it - PASS. I also make it a point to contact them and tell them that.

Must have been back in ol' Barry's first reign that I bought some powder from them. Prices were correct for the time, but some of the powder that showed as being in stock and was ordered was not in stock and not shipped. Didn't realize it till the order arrived and compared the shipping invoice with the order invoice. I was only charged for what was shipped, still the absence of any sort of communication explaining the situation indicated a severe lack of customer service and inventory control.

Third Generation and Graf's have fooled me once, but neither has not nor ever will have the chance to fool me twice.

The lack of communication is pretty much inexcusable these days, given available technology.

I don't think they are necessarily dishonest, they just don't seem to know what they're doing. OR, they just don't care. I can't imagine that there are ANY vendors who have to work very hard to move powder, primers, brass, bullets these days.

I believe so but you do have to take It almost to the end before you hit submit!
At least that was the last time I ordered about 5 years ago
