I was getting 3-4" at 75, with the same excuses of rusty shooter, trigger control (mainly twitching nerves after the first cylinder) from revolver that can and will do 2" at 100 in the right hands. Haven't recovered any but I know where they are in the berm.
Gman, those bullets look exactly like they are supposed to look after being fired, according to the plan, and they seem to shoot pretty well for you, too. So my conclusion is it'a a good bullet and like Fiver said Brad's revolver simply sucks even though it was grouping under 6" at a hundred. He must have one heck of a tight barrel, and some seriously crooked chambers or timing problems.
