I'd go for it. The beauty of the 32 H+R is you can use 32 S+W or 32 S+W Long for mild loads. Sorta like using 22 Short, Longs or Long Rifle. Only you have a crap load more power as your disposal. I like the milder loads myself because they don't get sound ear shattering loud as the hot mag stuff. My SSM is a 9.5" barreled job. It's the sole 32 Mag Ruger I've ever seen around here. It wears a scope and I really do need to spend some time with it and find a load it likes. Then I can chop the barrel to a more friendly length and actually carry it on the tractor or ATV, even horseback.
Yeah, they're fun and that's a great, unusually great these days, price for all that. I'd jump on it.
