300 BO Cast HEAVY ???

I have a LEE 309–230 mold and it's been OK since I removed the boat tail/gas check shank.
A friend bought an Arsenal, 250 grain bullet. It's also shot really well. ( I really like its blunt point) But I'm not sure of the model and I can't seem to figure out which one it is.
I'm looking for or I'm interested in seeing what heavy bullet mold people like for this caliber. I've got a couple ideas that I like but I wanna see what's been popular and what shooting well for other people.
So can you give me suggestions for a heavy bullet 30 caliber it is for the 300 AAC blackout

Left NOE 311-247 - right NEI 308-220

The NEI drops at .310 and 224g
I don’t know if the NEI would interest you I could make some up for you.
It’s slightly more blunt then the Lyman 310-284

I like that 311-284 allot. I have two molds a 2 cav and a one with HP pin.

I found these last night... ACCURATE PREFERRED as I can change dims to suite. But NOE cheaper...

NOE has fixed .299 nose and 4 cav is under 100$ with rebate.

Accurate for almost same 4 cav is 150$ but I can adjust dia of body and nose to better .297 for PC .0015/.002 (per side)

Give a look At Arsenal, it looks like Jared has 4 slicks over 200 and he adjusts diameter on your request.

I have the NOE HTC310-247-FN in GC form and powdercoat. It shoots nicely in 7"( RARR) and 8" (AR) twists subsonic with no problem chambering.

I also shoot the NOE 311-247 as the heavy BLK bullet. I picked that up from NOE when they did the first run of them. Recently on one of their sales I picked up the 225gr. "Taco" bullet mold to try out. Finally cooling off here in AZ so I can make some up and try them out.

Another heavy bullet I tried and fount to be really nice in my 14" pistol is what is now called the 311-199 SP from NOE. I got it for a nice sleek bullet for shooting in .308 and similar cartridges but tried some in the BO and really liked them.

In this pic L to R:

Thats 10.2 imr 4198

Loaded up 50 last nite.

I did little test. I culled as I loaded them. Setting aside any loose primer pockets or easy seaters or lead shavers...

Those shot a 2.5" 50 yard Group Thursday. Same lot of ammo but more uniform shot ragged 1" hole same distance. About ten shots each. I haven't taken pics of targets yet but saved and marked up last nite.

Your results look good! I see that the .311 247 hp moulds are out of stock at NOE. Just a bit of mental mastication (yep, I'm chewing on this), but would a hollow point cast with a fairly soft binary alloy yield much expansion at subsonic velocities given the hardness of powder coating?
