My old well worn Colt Agent has these Herrett "gunfighter" grips that work well for me.


And these Herrett "Detectives" on my present carry gun.

I think the last time I saw Herrett's for sale was in a Gil Hebard catalog in the early 90's !

Those detectives aren't in Herrett's online catalog. Special order only and cost a small fortune, nowadays. I thought about a set for the 24-3, recently.

They are still in business, but everything is made to order and you have to call on the phone. I found those maybe 20 years ago at a gun show and paid $25, which was a big price for used wood grips out here.
