I was buisy today

All of you that are retired know. That there is not enough time in the day. To get everything done. That needs doing.
An today I had to spend 4.5 hrs setting up my Christmas tree. An I will probably have to spend another few hours finishing the job. I don't like to get behind on any needed projects.
OH by the way, the trees are nailed to my permament deer blind.

No I use the Xmas pine branch stuff.

I wasn't surprised one bit.
our old neighbors would re-do their christmas tree about this time every year then drag it in to the storage room and cover it with a sheet.

We still buy real ones, Douglas Fir. I told my wife a few years ago I should just jackhammer a hole in the slab and plant one, that way we could save money and leave the thing up and decorated all year. She almost went for it.
