Saw this one for sale on another site.
Thought I had seen most all Lyman / Ideal moulds.
Obviously not.........I didn't know this one existed ? ?

Looks like a " hybrid " cross with a SWC and a full W/C ? ?

Is that what they call a button nose? Seems I remember reading something about that.

"Mr. Snowball"?!? I gotta ask. Assume that is not REALLY his name?

HOLY SCHNIKES!!! It IS his real name! Lear something every day! LOL! I can only imagine going through life with that as your name!

At large, whereabouts unknown.
It would be just the ticket for those early 1911 38 Spl wadcutter guns that were originally built with rechambered 38 Super barrels. One thing for sure, you're not seating that bullet flush in a 9mm case :).

I tried that bullet in a 1942 Luger and a Lahti back in the early 60s. I had no luck in either case. Could not get it to feed reliably in either case. Of course I was a stumbling rookie caster/reloader in those days and a more experienced caster reloader may have more success than I did./beagle
