My 1st day to get outside with my ( new to me ) MP Mould.
This thing will rain HP 38/357 cast bullets.
Not quite as bad ( weight wise ) as I had 1st envisioned .
All in all , a good morning.

Ben, those look real good. Can you give a ballpark guess as to what the BHN is on your hollow points?

Hi,
From the shine I guess you are running about 700 degrees?

Hopefully with my new PID Controller, I can get that kind of accurate heat, next time I cast.

Beautiful bullets!

once a brass mold is up to temp it is totally heat soaked and stays that way.
you can just abut run your alloy as a slush at that point.

There were zero problems keeping this one HOT today.
The reject rate with this mould is awfully low.
So easy to make nice looking bullets.
Again, it is heavy.
