I should have mentioned this before. You are shooting that TC extremely well. I plan on getting my TC's out and see what barrels I have left after seeing your enthusiasm. Kind of "takes me back"...;)...
If I still have the .32 H&R barrel at hand, I'll put it in rotation with my revolvers in testing the new bullets (it's been forever, but I should have my custom JDJ barrel that handles a .314" bullet well at hand).

Ben I dehorned a Lee sc 113 soup can and made it plain based. It was my first try and turned out acceptable but less than perfect. The sizer takes the ugly out of the base and it shoots OK. The plain based version might be a good fit for the tc bbl and the mold is easy to find. IIRC I used a 5/16 bit to take out the base. Knowing drill wobble even on a decent press I might go a 64th" smaller.
