New to this forum not a big online person. Work on the road a lot so come and go to this type of stuff. Been reloading and casting for about 40 years. Main thing for me is fishing, but I am setting up a machine shop for personal use to mess about with stuff including wildcats like a 3856IMP , and maybe a 375/356 win or a 416 Barnes for a Marlin. Also do all the T/C stuff, had a 357 Herrett and 7TCU when I was in High school! So many barrels I couldn't count, still have too many. I have no idea how many molds I have I counted one time and got to 100 and quit. I sold off some a while back and probably am down to 75 now.

But all that aside I have probably cast and shot more 38 special than all the rest. My Ruger is broke in.

Greetings, Rodney

We have a small machining section, too, when you get around to modifying your moulds, plenty here would enjoy some photos of your process.

it was so close it didn't even register on my notices/alerts until I made another post.

I'm just an amateur tooling up for when I have free time. Have a 13x36 clausing out of a high school, a little machine shop mini lathe, and a Grizzley mill drill, looking for a Bridgeport mill still...

Members here have everything from a 3"x6" micro lathe to professional aerospace machine shops and everything in between, you're in good company.
