My new mould came today. Threw it in my heat treat oven to heat cycle it, degreased it and gave it a whirl. Bullets just fell from the cavities. It is very rare for one to stick. I need to degrease the cavities again, as it appears that some sprue plate lube has found its way into the cavities, but it may just be that it needs to be broken in a bit more.

Really happy with this one. My CZ 223 is going to be very happy.

I finally dropped some perfect pills, after degreasing again and getting the mold pretty hot. I am going to have to crank up the pot a bit I think, and cast as fast as I can. There just isn't much heat generated by those tiny little cavities.

I have two 6C 22 moulds and the long, continuous "sprue-lake" that I let form as I fill the cavities outweighs the sum of the six 50 or 55 grain bullets by a fair bit. Seems to help with the heat.
