Ever notice how a new mould is almost too pretty to use?

I'm going to try to get out in the shop tonight and cast some. I'm off work until Wednesday so I'll have some to show you guys sooner or later.
The alloy that's in my pot now is a few years worth of reject bullets. Mystery alloy you could say. I'll cast it and let them air cool.
I made the mistake of telling the MRS. one more NOE mold puts me in the 1K club.
She said, "you have $1000 dollars worth of molds?!?!?" Like the dummy I am, I responded, NO. I have ALMOST $1000 worth of NOE molds.
She promptly started shopping for shoes online......:(:(:(
You'd think after 19 years of marriage I'd learn to keep my mouth shut.....

What they don't know about our " DEALS " won't hurt them.

I can see that you guys are going to have to hone your survival skill....:)

Waco...you've got a real winner there...I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's going to be more accurate than the 315...at least in all of my .30's outside of the 30-30..haven't used it there yet..

In the 06..the GC one with 28 grs to 30 grs of either H4895 or IMR4895, H4064 or IMR4064 or Varget should make you happy camper giving MOA to sub MOA @100 yds

For the .308 drop at least 5%..

As for the PB 8.3 -9.3 grs of Unique should produce sub MOA @100 yds in both the 06 and .308...

Vary your alloy for needed nose size..with my alloy (4-4-92) the 312 drops a .303 nose..

They are a bit tricky to cast but you'll get the hang of it...Ya ..you're going to love it !!!

Yep, Ya are goona love it, like Dan Says. Shoots well in all my 30's,
even Mosins and 303's when beagled.

I went with the 4 cavity 315. I have an Ideal sc 311466 with the 315 nose profile that is my most accurate 30 cal.
