it was a 130 sumthin degree temp change in about 6 hours.
I was miserable in my wool socks, thermal under armor, and Baffins.
carrying a hoodie and big red coat through the airport got me some real strange looks.

I used to work with a displaced Yankee fellow who wore uniform shorts and short sleeves year around. It would be 22 and sleeting and he'd be pulling a transmission with his bay door wide open while the rest of us were bundled up and freezing half to death. Seen the other side, too. When I was in college down on the coast there were quite a few Arabs in the Petroleum Engineering program and they would wear cashmere turtleneck sweaters any time it was below 105. I would be sweating and swimming through the humidity on the way to class and pass these guys on the sidewalk, they wouldn't even have a shine on their skin, but if it was 50 outside they were bundled up like Eskimos.

I guess I am missing something on the m dies?
There is a shoulder at the top, all I use it for is just to put a little bell/flare on the case mouth.
If I didn't have m dies from 22-475 I would have the NOE types.
I got several spuds from Lyman and polished them down to what I desired. I think they sent me a variety.310 thru .316. The guy one the phone got tired of me calling I think, lol. Nice fellow, forget his name. But there was probably a dozen in an envelope they sent me for free.

Waco,
You might want to look at NOE's .30 LR expander. It's made for the longer neck of the .30-30 and goes from 308-311, with enough length for the .30-30 neck.
