This Ruger is wearing an Ultradot L/T mounted on a Weigand mini mount. At 75 yds the dot covers the big diamond. This was also sitting with sticks to support gun. Same 2-2-96 heat treated. Lubed with SL-71B. May have to sit in the woods with this one also.
That'll do, I can't believe you got a group on a red/white target with an Ultradot...if it were me I'd just be aiming for the middle of the big white rectangle!
I hear you! Really would be nice to scope this or my 10.5” maximum but I do not want to drill and tap them. I think the frame is too long for the Weigand SBH no drill/tap mount. I have some on hand so I need to try it out.
