Stand or sit?

Sit for reloading and case prep, stand for casting. Not fast enough to stand up and move if something goes wrong with a pot. Stepping from side to side when casting seems less tiresome than twisting my body so much if sitting. Small casting shed does not allow a lot of room for a chair or stool either.

I have a rolling secretary's chair for casting. One swift kick with both legs and and I'm instantly out of harm's way. Leather apron also deflects lead off the important body parts should disaster occur.
