I ordered the .410 and 20 gauge “Target” moulds from them, and quite happy with them. I’d cast about 100 of the 20 gauge and one of the alignment pins fell out. It was obvious on inspection that the pin had been pressed in place at a slight canter, slightly elongating the hole. I tapped it back in place a couple times, but each time it fell out again. The mould still cast a good round slug but I worried with time would not.
So, I emailed them a picture and a short description about what was going on. Got a return email the next day with an apology, and asked the gauge of the defective mould. It was ten or eleven days later a new mould arrived in the mail.
That’s my idea of customer service!
