Im some impressed with this powder,in my 586 smith.shooting the mp 125hp,,2.3 grs,,up to 6 grains,,all groups are nice, small, and round!!
I need to chrono that 6 gr load,,its some friggin loud!!no pressure indications though.
3.5 seems to be a sweet spot.
2.3 gr load,,is very close to sticking in the barrell.

358156 hp

At large, whereabouts unknown.
If you choose to chase the top end with TG you'll find it to be squirrelly. I tried it with Keith bullets at the upper end of the charts and was rewarded with sticky extraction, and an overheated revolver. Within 12 rounds of rapid fire the 686 go so hot that the heat softened the nylon inner shell of my rubber Hogue grips. You should be fine where you are though.
