Too hard for a hunting alloy?

I have used sp pointed bullets at 30-30 velocity's and had them punch beautiful neat little dime sized entrance holes with just over quarter sized exit holes through both shoulders, instantaneous face plants followed.
they were made from straight ww alloy.
a flat point would expedite that face plant speed and change the hole sizes upward.

I really don't think we are talking about more or much more than 4% antimony and maybe 2% worth of tin here.
that is actually a very workable number for deer hunting.

All of the CWW we had tested on the CB site ran right at 2% Sb. My CWW with 2% Sn added is quite consistent at 12 BHN. I've not run much past 1950 fps in either the 30-30 0r the 308 simply because I had no need to. It did what I was using it for so I didn't fix it.
