Sure you can PM here, only difference is that here it's called "a conversation". Simply a different brand of software. Any member you wish to have a private conversation with just mouse over their name, a window pops up, click on . . . "Start a converstion". If you receive a PM on the upper right of your screen where it says "Inbox" next to a little envelope a number will show how many you have received. It's all pretty much the same with a bit different terminology.

Not sure if you can PM on this site. If you can, PM me with an email address and I'll send you spotting sheets with MOA grid for each target/yardage. We also have a meerkat at 400 yds as a tie breaker for perfect scores. 2 shots offhand.
Not finding a PM function, but thanks. Funny, we use a sitting cat silhouette as a tie breaker.

Thanks Rick, you posted that while I was typing. I'll use it right away.

Click the little envelope looking icon. The software calls a PM a conversation.

Just click the persons name you want to PM. It Has a box on the bottom that says to "start conversation"

You can also tag people to show them you mentioned their name or you want a response from them. I showed it before. How you do it is type the @ Then type the first 2 or 3 letters in their screen name. Then it will show in their alerts that someone tagged them. Like this. @L Ross @Brad @Rick

If you click it it will stay there. If you hover over the name it pops up, but will go away if you move off the name. That is why I click the name
