375 H&H Load

I've used 14g of Unique for years in the 375. I recently saw a guy use Trailboss at 16g in his so I gave it a try.i first shot it in my 1955 Model Supergrade with peep sight and it seemed very good.So today I shot it in my scoped CZ Safari and results were quite nice.i think it will be my new standard plinker load.ill try it next with the Ideal 375167 plainbase.

I don't use Trailboss much but when I do it seems to work well.its just a have nearly 50# of unique so I use it in everything.

I'll chronograph the load next time out.im curious velocity.My 416 Rigby shoots great at 1600 with the rcbs 350 bullet and 26g Unique.im.gonna try Trailboss in it next.

Nothing wrong with that load. I used 2400 for most of my cast loads in 375 H&H.

I really don't know how many grains I just count them.

Thats the beauty of the powder. 70-99.9% dont compress it and the load is good!!
