6mm rem mold question

Bob,
I had a 105gr 243 mold. I can't remember if it was made by Josh (A.C.E. molds)...(who is a member here, but not sure if he's still active?) Or maybe I had a the NOE version? who started making them when A.C.E. stopped?
Anyway, I had hopes of it working in a Custom Mauser 243win benchrest rifle with worn throat, I hoped I could get a cast bullet long enough to reach the rifling. It didn't work out, got key holing. I also tried it in a Winchester 70 (post-64 and likely a 10"twist) and a Savage Axis (9.25 twist)...also had keyholing. It's likely I was doing something wrong during the reloading process, (or maybe I bent some of the bullets during sizing?) but at the time I blamed the "not stabilizing" on twist.

Why am I posting this non-helpful info?
I have the NOE 75gr FN, and that one has been good in the two latter mentioned 243win guns...The Custom Mauser only liked jacketed bullets, probably due to the Jump at launch.
Anyway, if you want to try some 75gr, let me know
