Have something for a 44 I will never use. Speer plastic cases and plastic projectiles . Load with a primer only for close practice drill. Free to a good home that will put them to good use. If you have a kid/grandkid that would benefit from using/shooting these, you move to the top of the list!IMG_4470.JPGIMG_4472.JPG

I got a couple of kids that need to be peppered in the ass with one of those from time to time.
I would take them but I have a setup for the 45's.

generous offer, someone can use them.

They are more potent than most people would think.
Even in 38's, they will penetrate 2 thicknesses of
cardboard at 15 or so feet. Good indoor practice,
but definitely not a toy.

If no one else wants them I will take them, but only to measure them. Then I will pass them back along here.

I've been thinking about making some plastic bullets for indoor practice and these would make a good model.

Keith - couple (maybe better) options for you. There are a cpl extra projectiles. I can just send you one of those if that works, or just mic a few and give you dimensions. Your call.

Keith - Pls let me know what works best for you to get your measurements.

Ric - either way, sounds like you get them in the end. Will do my heart good to know they found a home in a 44 Russian break-top! If it's an original, you have to send me pix!

If I just had one case and one bullet to examine and measure that would be all I need. I'd be glad to send it on to Ric.

Yep, it is known as an "old, old model" one of the first double action ones with a very uncommon 4" barrel. Try to get a picture out today. Now I am only shooting it once a year because I'm lazy about cleaning black powder. With these I could shoot it more. Ric

Got them loaded this afternoon, with rare exotic primers even! Speer 44 plastics.JPG

Still can't make pictures taken with the IPHONE turn right side up!!! They look good on the desk top?

Make sure to clean your cylinder real good after using these and before shooting real ammo again. Don't ask me how I know....:embarrassed:
