Hi Guys,
Does anyone know anything about Sig Sauer Rifle scopes?
I have in my hand an un opened box Of a Sig Sauer SOJ14BDx01
Kilo 1400BDX Sierra 3B DX 6x20mmLRF 3.5-10 x42mm Rifle scope ! I was gifted it from one of my clients who claim I undercharged him for a job I did!!!
From what I gather is is about $650 worth of scope....
Not to look a gift horse in the mouth but it appears without opening it it is not something I would want on my rifles for target shooting Seems like it even has bluetooth !!!! Guess that is for communicating with the target? Or maybe a innocent whitetail if they are blue tooth equipped
Seems like an expensive gift but I would rather have a 24x target scope

A friend of mine repped for them for a couple of years and I got a chance to paw through his demo collection. Two impressions: Stuuuupid heavy, and pretty good glass. If you want something that's still usable after being dropped from a helicopter and run over by a tank, and you have plenty of strength and stamina to pack it around, then SIG is your brand.

I been eyeballing sig scopes some recently.
the Bluetooth will tie into your smart phone and communicate with their rangefinder.
I don't know if this model has the changeable aim spot for distance and weather conditions or not, but I know some do.
anyway I'm expecting to see a whole bunch more SIG stuff on the shelves, and probably in my gun room in the coming years.

I don't even have to go look cause I know I don't have any real target scopes. [probably cause I don't have any target type rifles]
I recall having an offset dot scope on something in there somewhere which would be the closest I have.

The only SIG-Sauer item I have on hand (other than pistols) is one of their mid-stream laser rangefinders. It is NICE. SIG-Sauer has only put out a few "boo-boos" over the years, generally they sell top-shelf stuff. I own one of those semi-mistakes, a SIG Mosquito. Now that it is "shot in", it runs great on good 22 LR ammo. It--like my 50+ year old Winchester 290--are the Steak & Lobster Debutantes of the gun safe.

Take it all around, Muddy Girls are a LOT more fun than the cotillion princesses.
