I have reviewed NOE's 6.5mm offerings numerous times and aside from the 268469 haven't found anything I would consider suitable for the throat of an M96. You want a torpedo-shaped bullet casting at around .268". I've been having decent if not stellar results from a powder-coated Lyman mould which is long out of print.
