It's been a while, but Jared replaced a set of blocks for me once and I had forgotten until I read the above post.
It was a 4C, 429-421 and cast beautiful bullets, but the mould was very difficult to open. After studying the bullets a bit, I realized that the "flat" meplat was not flat, but was slightly concave.
I sent Jared an e-mail explaining what had happened. He didn't ask any questions, didn't ask for proof, didn't ask me to send the mould back, he offered no gushy apology or flimsy excuses - he just sent a new set of blocks out posthaste.
I assume that he looked at the program, saw the problem, fixed it and cut me a new set of blocks. He did not waste time dancing around, defending, stalling, etc. - he just flat out fixed the problem without causing me aggravation or costing me time or money.
I appreciate that immensely. I waste too much time fixing problems caused by the people I am paying to do something, and that causes everything to cost an extra 50% on top of the already ridiculous prices. I have to wonder how much a negative impact this has on the GDP collectively. The way he handled that was exemplary and sets an example for pretty much any other entity I deal with.
