Bair Powder Measure

The press looks pretty strong, and can work as a progressive, but the need for triple shell holders seems a bit unhandy.

I think a similar Bair press is the second press handle I ever pulled after my own RCBS Ammomaster single-stage. Can't remember for sure but it looks just like it, if so what a blast from the past! Actually I saw it again a few months ago, still bolted to the same bench it was 25 years ago and still being used.

Do we all have pinapple grenades, commemorative mug full of pencils etc, and an old pound can of Bullseye laying about the loading bench or is it just us two?

Press is a BEAST! weighs about same as 3 Rockchuckers!

"Do we all have pinapple grenades, commemorative mug full of pencils etc, and an old pound can of Bullseye laying about the loading bench or is it just us two?" BUSTED! And there is an antique fountain pen ink bottle on mine. I am a vintage fountain pen user!

your bench makes me feel bad, haven't seen the top of mine for a couple of years

while we a re speaking of old, anyone using a Belding and Mull powder measure, none better for stick powder

I have never owned one but have lusted after them since the early 70's when some of the Schueutzen (?) guys would clamp it to the bench rest, seat the bullet into the breach then measure powder, pour it into a primed case and proceed to shoot tiny little groups at 100 yds. Reprime the case and do it all over again.

B&M fan here. Brass reservoir, use it for black or nitro. For large charges of stick powder, American Select, Buffer/filler, or Trail Boss it's impossible to beat.
