I made my second batch the other night and melted my first batch into it. I kept my heat around 200. Once I got it all melted I gave up the paint stick and had my drill ready w a mixer I made . I whipped that batch until my temp fell to 160 and poured it out. I packed the brownie square sized pieces in vac packs and stored them in my freezer. However I feel good about it and I kept my color real nice like the picts I’ve seen. I haven’t used it yet but I think it turned out good. Thanks again Ben
