Buggy website

Has anyone else had trouble acessing this site off and on for the last few days?

I have had the same issue

Yesterday and today, early in the day, later it was fine.

Site was down yesterday morning and this morning, was slow for a bit last night. According to Brad Kevin is all over it but I don't know what or if he found anything out other than an issue with the server.

Yep! Has been unresponsive 4 or 5 times over the last 4 or so days.

I have Kevin checking with the server guy to see what the issue is. Way above my pay grade.
Driving me nuts too!

OK, it's not just me then. Everything else seems to be working fine on my end, just wondering.

I have had trouble the past 3 mornings.
If I don’t notice it right away I get an email from Rick and Ben letting me know.

Hang in there guys, it will get better

We're working on trying to track (and resolve!) the issue.

'tis annoying for all concerned and frustrating for users.

Of course, in the grand scheme of things, this one is just a nit. Today, I got to spend 3 hours helping resolve issues on a website that generates $20+ million in sales per year....

The stability issues are being worked on. Sadly, it doesn't affect just this site.

Trust me, server guy doesn't like texts from me at 4:30 AM his time any more than I like sending them.

We'll get it fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience - I know it's frustrating.

I think it needed a comma.

I was also having some trouble off and on, I just kept coming back later.
the trouble ranged from waiting and waiting to post, up to my computer telling me I had connection problems.

That's not an accurate statement, at all. However, a more full answer gets into politics, which is against forum rules, so I'll just leave it at that.
