Had a casting session over the weekend, and these are how they grouped (those #'s are in grains) - the bulk in the 199-201gr range:

Cool picture how just visuals would point out to the "light" ones:

And like Ian taught me earlier, yes, the lighter ones are "smaller" in diameter, as a result of my technique. Still learning :)

I like to leave the fliers in there myself....gives me an excuse. :p

Mould was hotter on the lighter ones, can tell by the sheen and the puckered hole where the sprue tore out. Was that a six-cavity or two?

Not bad dispersion at all for a Lee six. They're getting better and better at cavity consistency since shifting over to newer CNC lathes and re-vamping their blocks.

Here sized and ready for PC:

PC coverage is never "perfect", but good enough for range work so far. Here after a coat of BLL, and ready to be loaded:

Nice!
While my skills at powder coating are progressing, I don’t always get perfect coverage either. Like yesterday, I coated some bullets that required quite intense shaking- in the end, I settled for «good enough». I was dripping with sweat! After placing the bullets in the oven, I noticed two things. The dehumidifier in my basement had stopped some time ago, as it was full. And a rainstorm had come in, the air was thick as soup.
The slightly patchy bullets bullets seem to work well, though. I bet those will work just fine. Good luck with your shooting!
