Coffee and Gear

Do this on another forum. Gives folks a chance to show off their bling, or patina, build, wildcat, whatever. Called coffee and Guns.
Or just a one pick description of where we are with coffee and a gun,. Home, workbench, deer stand, range whatever.

Thought I would start a coffee and Gear thread where we posted picks of our shooting casting and loading stuff.
One rule, but not hardset for those who do not do caffeine, should be With some caffeinated drink.
Ps. to post a pick on this forum you may need to cut down on your pixel quality, or just crop it.

Nice gun, I was wondering how you would deal with cans sight wise, on a lever. I see the peep clears just enough.

I do drink too much ice tea . IMG_20200707_103659663~2.jpg
I don't look forward to owning the bottom one , it's Mom's OM as issued 3 screw 357 . I looked it up but can't remember the year now , no transfer bar FP on the hammer . The top one is my Bicentennial 45 Colts pawn shop save .

speaking of ice tea.
man, I found some stuff called Hawaiian iced tea the other day.
each 39 cent packet made 1 quart.
I bought 4 packets, since that's all they had, then the wife put them away until I found them 2 weeks later.
so I made 1 to give it a try, then another, then another, then the last one,,,, and spent the entire night getting up every 2 hrs. to pee.
it was so worth it though.... LOL.

yeah,,,, Walter.
tell you what,, if I'd found that rifle and scope combo years ago I'd own a lot fewer rifles.
it'll never 100% replace the 25-06 or the 7 ICL I also use, but I got no problem reaching around them to take it almost every time I go hunting anymore.

Brad,
I see your 624 has the original grips. I've tried Pachmayr and Hogue, on mine, but the original wood grips fit my hand best. The Hogue's were too skinny and the Pachmayr's open back did nothing to absorb recoil. Ironically, I've no recoil problems, respite the original's open back

I put Hogues on it but they were too thin. I like the grippiness of the rubber grips but they gotta fit my hand. The original wood just works.

My Mod 25 has some thin G10 grips- those suckers are grippy!

I do enjoy tea, sweet tea, iced tea.... Only for me that tannic acid is good for forming kidney stones. Anyone who has had kidney stones, understands why I rarely will drink a tea of any kind.:confused::confused:

I like how you have your turrets lined up, pre set for certain loads- calibers. That and your shell holder and die organizer.
There on the back of the bench. Something to aspire to once I get enough room to not have to box everything not in immediate use.

OCD, Emmett, OCD.

I do not like clutter, nor wasted time looking for something, so have come up with, what to me are, simple solutions to help keep commonly used pieces of reloading equipment organized and at hand.
