Custom revolver grips

I made a set out of Mesquite root burl and like the feel. Recently I got a huge red stag drop that had the tines eaten off by squirrels, I can see three sets of revolver stocks and a few knife handles in it when I get the itch. That one Uberti SAA that is NOT a Taylor's custom and doesn't have the bigger grip frame might get an extended stag set at some point so I'll actually shoot it once in a while.

I have short fat fingers, same as the rest of me. The closest I have come to custom grips is a set of Jerry Miculek grips for my L frame given to me by Lynn Halstead. They fit my hand and I really like them.

These are the Culinga grips on my S&W m58. These are N frame combats in what he calls "roasted birdseye maple". I think they were right at $200.00. $35.00 less without the medalions. He has higher and lower grades of wood. I see their web site must be under re-build as it doesn't show any examples. They were having problems with their site being flagged as a problem site by Norton anti virus and I discussed that with them and they said they were trying to get that resolved.
