Driveways with no curb cut?

Very few stray dogs in my county, as the mountain lions and wolves have been eating them the last few years. Stray cats are not much of a problem either as the coyotes eat them as soon as people throw them out on the street.

Most farm dogs are either penned or sleep on the porch of the house, and not always safe there. When the sheepmen take their flock up into the National forests now, they are having mixed packs of dogs, border collies and mastiff/pitbulls.

I only shoot critters for 2 reasons with a few limited exceptions. 1. They're trying get me or my loved ones. 2. I want to eat them.
3. I forgot about varmints;)

Locally there's a guide . If a dog has a home it has an orange collar . As such one should avoid whacking those so marked .
