Elmer's return

I received a typed letter from Elmer nearly 50 years ago - still have it. Not sure if his problem was with the typewriter or with spelling.

Something about "this is a paid promotion by" I expect would be his opinion . It's pretty hard to find writers that write about their self bought gear any more .

Rifle and Handloader used to be very good about full disclosure , G&A ,F&S , outdoor life etc everything was a new wonder but it had to go back after the trial time ....... Henry's are about we've had recently NIB .

Keith got unsolicited stuff by the ton! If it was interesting, he would try it out. If it worked for him, he would write about it, if it didn't he never wrote a word. Day I visited him, he had six or seven reloading presses still in the boxes to take to the Missoula Gun Show the next weekend.
