Finally!.....

image.jpeg I finally got a wood forend for my Super 14 barrel. I traded off the .223 for a 44Mag. It came with a 3x TC Electradot scope. It does not light up, but that's ok. I'll try it out as is. Worst case I have a Burris 2x7 I can put on it.
Does Ben, or anyone else have any pet loads they would like to share for their Tenders?
Just a fun target/plinker barrel.
Molds I have.

Thanks in advance guys.

I'd start with the LEE 310, and about 8.5-9.0 grs of unique.
that'd be a good generic load for your pistol, and my best guess at success right off the bat.

Fiver is offering you good advice ( as usual ) .
We want to see some test targets soon ! !

Better watch out, the T/C barrel craze can get your $ $.
Ask me how I know.............
I shoot a good many .44 Specials in my 14", T/C .44 mag.

Good shooting to you,

Ben

Man that ain't no kidding, I thought long and Hard about going the T/C route.
a couple of frames, some different stocks and about 100 barrels would have given me a chance to play with all kinds of cartridge combinations, which is what this reloading thing is really all about.

the only thing that stopped me was I started shooting Dan Wesson revolvers for fun [and no profit] and started looking for bits and pieces of them.
wish I had some of them back, the collection would be fairly decent, once you start looking for those the price can get pretty steep on stuff like barrels, stocks, and boxes.
the 414, 45 colt, 25-20, and a couple of others are still eluding me,,,, maybe one day the finances and availability will happen at the same time.
