I think I have a couple of boxes of Hornady in the shop I'll check. I'm good on 22's & 30's so if I do you could owe me

I get that they are "supposed" to be for rifle applications - my question is: has anyone tried both and seen any difference?

Sage's sent me a sample pack with a large 35 caliber gas check order. Such a small amount that one couldn't determine any difference. They are a buck cheaper so I can see the temptation. Myself, I just buy what I have good results with............Gators.

26$ SHIPPED 1K. Im not cheap, but IMHO they are better and almost 1/2 the cost of Hornady... Its a no brainer here. ;)

Haven't bought Hornady checks in years, when I made the switch to Gator's. The only time I purchase aluminum checks is for undersized shanks...................cause they aren't available in copper.
