Nice bench, should do the job very well. I sure would get a cover of some kind out of the sun.

Brother and I broke in the bench yesterday. We shot from 9~12 and from 1~2 and we remained in the shade of some 40 foot Oaks just east of the bench the entire time. We were both shooting RPR's; his is 5.56 and mine is 6.5 CM. Huge difference in report and percussion. We had a great time.

Next to put in is a waist high table at least 6 feet long and 2 to 2 1/2 feet wide about 10 feet or so behind the shooting bench. It's amazing how much "stuff" gets put on the ground next to a shooting bench. Oh and did I mention the rifle rack?
