Guys, the ONLY reason I’m not suffering through inexpensive molds is bc I absolutely learned from you guys haha. I’m well aware you can make excellent bullets with “ cheaper “ molds but I’ll be honest when I say I always seek out quality. I’ve got some Lyman molds and RCBS molds I like, I also got freaking TWO Lyman 311041s with wavy, deformed noses from 2 different places

I'm really glad that my cheapness made me use Lee to learn . It gave me an infinite appreciation for better quality moulds .
I definitely started with Lee too, I have a couple friends that cast though so I think my mold purchases sped up a bit

I think there is a tremendous difference in the quality of Lee’s 6 cavity molds from that of the rest of their molds. The 6 cavity molds are close in quality to my Lyman, Ideal, MP, Accurate, NEI, NOE MOLDS.

i got exactly zero 6 cavity LEE molds, and up till about 2 weeks back only 1 old school type 2 cavity.
now i got 5 or is it 6? double cavity which are a mix of old and new styles.

pretty positive they'll make it to the end of my casting cycle.

I have a 6 cavity of Lee’s giant, silly 300 grainer for 44 mag and a 6 banger for some 9mm bullet and they’re both excellent
