Brad,
Try Portillos for the hotdog. There are at least three in downtown Chicago close to the Eisenhower Expressway. They have good Italian beef also.

Never had the hotdog. Wanted to Sunday but the weather was not cooperating. 25+ mph winds driving snow and 35° F. Not pleasant to be out in but the tall buildings work much like a wind tunnel and make it worse.

Going home in the morning. Will be nice to sleep in my own bed and I do miss my kitty. Chicago was good to us, I would have no qualms visiting again.

Well that's a bummer.

Brad, that's where it got the name "windy city". The wind blows in off the lake and the streets are all lined up straight at the lake, add in all the tall buildings it indeed makes each street a wind tunnel.

The cosplay was interesting to see. Lots of people with a good sense of humor.

Pretty darned good Wookie. Is he actually that tall or is his real head below the character head,
looking out thru the fur? Looks like he is really that tall.

I don;t know.....The War of some Stars, sounds like a game show from the 80s in Hollyweird.

That one definitely loses something in the translation. :headscratch:Of course, my French is pretty rough, but
we can usually manage to get around, order food and buy stuff without too much difficulty.
