Hello from Minnesota!

My name is Jon but I go by Dpmsman. I’m on two other forums. Cast boolits and the Mad Dog Weapons Systems. I have been casting for about 6 years and have learned a lot but still have a ton to learn. My interest are anything that’s a little different. Wildcats to more obsolete cartridges. My recent love affair has been with the 25-20WCF in a savage 23. Thanks for allowing me to join your forum.

I go as far as my pocket book will allow! I guess I shouldn't of use the word obsolete. As I don't believe any cartridge is actually obsolete they all had/have a purpose. I like cast friendly rounds. Which generally is on the unusual side.

25-20 is a great little cartridge; especially if you have smallish varmints that need controlling.

Being that a few of my long guns qualify as relics, I too am a fan of semi obsolete cartridges.
