How I Powder Coat

Watched the whole thing to see how you stand the bullets up....and you skipped it. For non-critical bullets a nitrile glove works fast, just pinch a little powder and rub it between the fingertips to get them coated and start picking up and placing the bullets on the tray. If you aren't too rough handling the bullets the coating doesn't get rubbed off.

CW,
What are the non stick plates you are baking on?
Those are Copper Oven Liners. Available on Amazon.

Better then parchment cause I have t worn one out!! Hundreds of bakes and they still going. Parchment works too but ya only get a few bakes till it gets burnt.

Last couple videos I showed it and decided to skip this one.

Yes 100% even clean dry bare fingers dipped into powder allow one to pick up and place perfectly coated bullets!

I like hemo Stats but big tweezers work too all depends upon your dexterity and arthritis. ;)

Ah, sorry, I haven't watched many of your videos. Kinda figured by the title and length it would all be in this one.

BTW, forgot to mention you're looking a lot better, better color, looks like you dropped a few pounds, and if you can shake 3-4 pounds out in front of your chest you're healing up well, good to see.

My rig for PC. Hot plate, tile evens heating. Steel plate (foil I just haven't bothered to take off) with Yoshi baking sheet. Drop in holes till filled. Remove 'carrier', repeat. Get 100 30 cal per. For 40 & 9mm, just set on the Yoshi. White hi temp baking pan for cover when it's cold in the garage. Use pliers on either side of the steel plate to move after cooking, WD or whatever. They don't fall over when cooked, bases don't stick often. I pick out of tumbling tub with hemostats, check for coverage, then into the carrier. Takes up very little bench space. Use a popsicle stick to remove the 'bumps' from the Yoshi sheet it gets too bumpy. Was going to hook up the PID but not needed. Just set the mold on it when preheating to cast.
