At the casting bench in the sky. RIP Bret.
Best day of duck hunting I ever had I was wearing a red/white checked shirt, yellow hat and jeans. I just hunkered in the swale grass and took my limit in front of my kids who were maybe 100 feet behind me...cheering! Being in the right place at the right time is worth a lot more than all the camo in the world.

I think your right Fiver. I just don't think "tactical" when I'm looking at a lever gun. Who knows! It might work well for a guy who hunts coon out of a canoe.
Always appreciated a fine gun with great wood, but, it's hard to be comfortable with one bouncing around in a boat. I put a Hogue dimple stock(Mono Grip) on a ss 10/22. It's a long way from pretty, but it sure takes a beating, and none the worse for wear.
