That 338 Lapua really leaves a divot in the steel plate.
Nice shooting guys. Now get them to do it with cast!

A BPCR with the right sights would be a blast on that target.

Impressive, even more so with the wind at that distance.

Those that can do it have video cameras. The rest have keyboards. o_O

That was 3/16" AR-400 plate. I tried using cheaper 3/16" mild steel and it zipped through it like taffy. The small 10" plate was 3/8" AR-500 like the one I sent you. It held up nicely.

The difference between the divot from the 338 and the others is easy to see. Gives an idea of downrange ballistics.

950 ftlb will punch 1/4" CRS . It doesn't seem to matter if it 27,28,30 or 32 cal it takes about 1200 to get 35&45 cal through it clean , yeah even cast ....

Some VERY FINE shooting going on in that video Waco, along with some fine wind dopeing.

I know you guys are having a ball doing this! Fun just to watch from the sidelines here too.

That’s a Boyd’s pro varmint stock that they call coyote wood. I like the way it looks as well. That one is my brothers.
