looking for a new system for DT PC

I am temoraraly down to using 1 hand (probably for 2 mo.) and I have a stack of 1k bullets next to me needing to be PC. I normally use a round screw on lid plastic container for application. Because of not being able to shake the containers. What are your thoughts on just rolling the plastic containers back and forth on a piece of a rug to get enough static to stick the powder to the bullets?
I also have a small Thumblers tumbler and a Harbor Freight double tumbler i could use.

Ask your wife if she would do it for you, or find a smaller container you can shake with one hand. Try the other stuff too, might learn something.

I usually use small containers, that I can easily hold with one hand. I shake relatively few bullets at a time (depending on caliber, 10-20 maybe). For the first batch of bullets, I shake for perhaps 30 seconds. But the consecutive batches of bullets coat very quickly, 10 seconds of shaking maybe. In my experience, I get better results this way, than using a large container with many bullets at a time.

I had a complete success today with using the HF wet tumbler. And i stayed very close to what the Dr. wanted for my restrictions.
When the bullets came out of the tumbler they looked much better than any bullets looked doing it shake and bake. I still had to hit most bullets to shake the extra powder off. It seemed like my newest powder ( bacon grease) seamed to be the worst in excess powder sticking. An clear powder being the second worst.
I would have one bowel in the tumbler and it would tumble the time it took to separate the bullets from the other bowl.
I did a mod to the tumbler bowls to help tumble the wet brass. And i found that the mod did not negatively affect how the powder stuck to the bullets. I will start another thread on how to make the mod.

Double or tripple HD zip loc bags in your dry tumbler.
If you only do one color or dont mind mess negate the bags.
You might never go back to hand tumbling...

the piglet method is the same thing but employs acetone.
the modified method was a normal container and some foam to hold it in place in the wet tumbler.

zipper bags or screw-top/snap-top plastic containers work well in a vibratory brass cleaner.

In a rotary brass cleaner, you'll need screw-top/snap-top plastic containers wedged into the center of the tumbler with towels or ??
often BB's/poly pellets/beads are not needed.

I only have vibratory. But I imagine both would work.
Not sure the zipper bags would work in a rotary tumbler, not enough motion to build static

plastic mayonnaise jars work in a rotary tumbler. IF the jar isn't a #5 or #2 add BB's/poly pellets/beads to build static
