For flat nose bullets I find the flat top punches sold at Accurate molds to be the best. You can order a three pack with different sizes. If the bullet has a flat nose, these are all you’ll ever need. Very affordable too.

Diameter of the punch where it enters the die is probably ok, if not you can spin it down in a few seconds by putting the top punch in an electric drill and sanding the part that enters the die. As for the nose, if it doesn't fit you can use a bit of epoxy putty to fill the gaps by setting up the press, die, and top punch, then lightly pressing the epoxy-loaded top punch on a 45 RNFP bullet held in the sizing die.
