So I got around to cast up some bullets from the mold I got from KHornet. Thank you Paul. The alloy used was .22lr lead. I added a small amount, less than 2% Sn based babbit. As cast and air cooled they were around 9bhn. After PC and a water quench they seem to be about 10-11bhn
I am hoping that this alloy is still pretty ductile. I hope to shoot some into water jugs to se how they expand. They are loaded in 38 brass with 4.5gr of Universal.

Look nice. Got plenty of crimp there. Guess it's a single? Kinda slow to make a pile but a nice bullet comes out.

So, their pc'ed with clear I guess? I kinda like the "natural" look.

Love the #358477. That design stalled the acquisition of the Keith #358429 for years, until pure curiosity caused the purchase. I likely shoot 5 of the 477s for every one of the 429s I send downrange.

I think the only thing really keeping me from getting a 429 is it won't fit in any of my mag revolvers. I don't like the idea of crimping over the top driving band. Would work well in my K-38 though.
