Mr Bullet feeder die

Anyone use one? I just ordered one for 9mm. It looks like the best made bullet feeder I have seen. Going to run the Lee feeder tubes for now. I have most of the parts needed to make a bullet tumbler or whatever you call it. I just need to assemble and make a bullet flipper.

I run these for 5 different calibers. Once setup they function flawlessly. I had previously used Hornady feeders and they need constant adjustment. The Mr Bullet dies just work. I feed mine using rigid aquarium tubing.

Showed up today. This thing is so simple it is astounding. My Lee feeder adapter and tubes got hung up somewhere. They were supposed to be here today also.

Please post a pic of your setup once you get the Lee feed setup. I would be very interested in seeing how that works.

I got it working. I had to get a schedule 40 reducing coupler to joint the Lee tubes and Lee adapter. I then had to counter sink the smaller aluminum sleeve that comes with the Lee adapter.

I also had to take my VLD inside chamfer and the RCBS inside chamfer to the feed side of the Mr. Bullet feeder die tube. I first used the wide angle RCBS tool to widen the mouth of the die tube. Then I used the VLD tool to deepen it farther. The way the die is originally it is just a rounded mouth. I needed to get a taper into the mouth so when the bullets drop out of the Lee adapter they will not hang up.

I will have to look to see the size of the electrical reducer I got. It was at Home Depot. I had to cut a X into it so I could use a hose clamp to cinch it down onto the aluminum Lee sleeve as shown in the link. I then had to wrap 1 and a 1/4 wraps of black electrical tape on the smooth end of the aluminum sleeve to make a tight fit in the plastic reducer.

This is the Lee adapter and tubes.

I will try to get a few pics tomorrow. And insert them here where they need to be. There are a few videos on Youtube that does the same thing. But they made it look hard and did a few unnecessary steps.

I took the simpler and cheaper approach. I use two short sections of leftover PVC pipe, some rigid thinwall aquarium tubing and a little masking tape for fitting.
