That absolutly gives new meaning to "where there is a will, there is a way". That young lady has more dexterity in her feet than i do in my hands i think.

We had an armless Lawyer in my home town. I was somewhat older than him and kind of saw him grow up, graduate from high school, college and law school. He was born without arms and could do nearly everything with his feet. It was flat out amazing.

I knew a guy that was born with knubbs for feet and no hands. They had to surgically cut him a mouth too. He could strap the sticks or hammers or whatever they are called on his knubbs and play the xalaphone much better than I can spell it.
